Description
Waiting for the canon to fire! Every day at 12noon the canon fires from the Barrakka Gardens at Valletta. Except this day the canon did not fire. It was Easter Day and I was painting the people waiting on the rocks below Fort St Angelo looking across the harbour to the Barrakka Gardens. I love the feeling of waiting in this painting.
