Painted ‘en plein air’ from the top of Ir Rampa Ta L-Isla, Senglea, Malta, The Blue and the White ship formed a really interesting composition. I was particularly interested in the diagonals and the colours formed by the ropes and bow of the Blue Ship.You can just see a small part of the wall of Ir Rampa in the foreground.
